I am thankful for the honesty, and professionals at this place. All I needed was proof of the problem with my vehicle. Bill is the best! I explained my prior interaction with a company who said they diagnosed the problem and paid 125.00 and didn't receive paperwork. I called that company and spoke to a representative and still no paperwork. Bill gave me all paperwork and information including pictures of my problem with my Ford Edge.
