I want to give a major shout out to this shop and their Service Advisor Bill Slojkowski. I just purchased a car, used private party, and I inquired about doing a lot of maintenance work on the car (since I was unsure about the cars history). Instead of just quoting a price, doing the work, and taking my money, Bill researched the vehicle's history through CarFax and subtracted all the things I didn't need (spark plugs, trans fluid, brake fluid, and air filter). The guy saved me several hundred bucks. I HIGHLY recommend Import Auto Specialists.

This Auto Shop is very knowledgeable. I have brought them a few cars to get repaired and every time they have done a great job. I have a 2010 Hybrid Tahoe that I just had inspected. The Inspection Report they sent me was very well detailed. They take about 30 pictures and show clear details about the findings of the vehicle. Pictures of leaks, Test strips showing if fluids needs replacing, etc. I also got my Hybrid Batteries tested. The Mechanic took it for a 20 min test ride and told me the electrical currents of my Hybrid Batteries (the output of my hybrid batteries and what the normal current should be). The Mechanic also took the time explaining to me about my Hybrid Battery in my SUV which was nice of him and satisfied all my questions. I highly recommend Import Auto Specialist and will bring my car back to them in the future.👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent service! They ran a series of diagnostics and determined that the 12v battery was in need of replacing. Everything else was great. Batteries have gotten expensive, but that's no fault of the shop!

My daughter was looking for a recommendation for a mechanic for her 2012 Lexus Sedan. She had deferred a lot of the maintenance primarily because she was afraid of the cost. She was also tired of paying the high prices that the dealer charged. After a quick search I liked what I heard and read about Bill and import auto specialists. I was there to support my daughter and see if he was going to try and sell something unneeded or overpriced. Hi spoke mainly to my daughter and not to me. To make a long story short, we decided to get the deferred maintenance done with Bill. Essentially we have an almost new car and a plan to do the maintenance when it’s due. The price was reasonable and the time it took to accomplish was also very reasonable. I will absolutely recommend import auto specialists to any looking for a good mechanic.
