I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Import Auto Specialist! From the moment I brought my 2018 Audi Q3 Quattro, Bill handled the intake and was upfront, honest, and clear about the work my vehicle needed. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and I always felt like I knew what was being done and why. My check engine light was on, and they took care of several repairs, including replacing my battery, repairing the mass airflow sensor, replacing the timing cover and gasket, and performing a brake fluid exchange. They were fast and efficient and even offered to have everything completed the same day if I really needed it. What really stood out to me was that the mechanic took the time to explain the repairs and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. The quality of the work, the value, and the customer service were all outstanding. They made what could have been a stressful and expensive repair feel smooth and effortless. This is honestly the best experience I’ve ever had getting my Audi repaired, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. I highly recommend Import Auto Specialist to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy service. I will definitely be coming back!

Bill & his team were so wonderful!! I had some concerning electrical problems that I wanted checked out. They did a very comprehensive diagnostic test and gave me a pretty thorough list of the good and the bad. I elected to do a few services that I could afford at the moment. They never once made me feel pressured to do more and were so responsive and helpful! They even changed my car key battery that’s been slowly dying for far too long 🥹. Thanks Bill & your team for providing an honest service!

what a rip off. I've been here before and had issues with their "Diagnostic" that I paid for. They gave me a list of items that needed to be fixed and told me I needed to pay for an additional Diagnostic for each and every item on the list. and now their "Diagnostics" price went up to $218. Bill was completely rude and was talking over me and wouldn't let me speak. Never again will I return here.

Hi Jessica, We are sorry you feel frustrated. We did look at your vehicle last October and we diagnosed a coolant leak on your vehicle. At that time we advised you that your check engine light was on. At that time you decided not to address the check engine light issue. You called in July of this year and asked about your check engine light and our Service Advisor said that we would need to perform diagnostics on your vehicle for the check engine light to find the source of the issue. The diagnostic for the check engine light is different that finding the source of a coolant leak on your vehicle which is a diagnostic on the cooling system. I beleive you thought that you wouldn't need to a diagnostic on your check engine light because we did a diagnostic on your cooling sytem leak over 8 months ago. We are glad we fixed your cooling system leak and you do not have any issues with that still. We would like to be able to do diagnostics at no charge but unfortunately we need to charge because it is very labor intensive to do diagnostice properly. We look forward to working with you again. My son recommended this shop. He has a very expensive car and is extremely particular about his repairs. I decided to bring in my old 2013 Honda Accord that was really making a bad clunking noise. Bill at the front desk was very clear about what to expect for servicing my car and when it would be finished. He was able to save me money by fixing the trunk instead of replacing the entire unit that wasn't working. My car runs excellent now and I got it back sooner than expected. I will 100% use this shop again.

In October 2025, I brought my Mercedes to IAS for an exhaust manifold replacement. When I picked it up, I found one of their tools still in mu engine compartment which should have been a sign. Everything was fine until I went to get my tires changed in March 2026. Three of my wheels came off with no issue but the one wheel that IAS had to take off to replace the exhaust manifold was severely over torqued. When I called to ask about this, they told me they didn't even have record of having my exhaust manifold replaced– they told me the only had a record of having my turbo replaced (which was never done). They also told me that the wheel was torqued to manufacture specification, however, no other shop or person worked on my car after IAS. I'm conflicted because it seems like they are capable of quality work but forget or slip up on the basics.

We are sorry to hear about another shop not being able to remove one of your wheels. We have no record of a person with the name Spencer Bjork ever being a client of ours. You called in and spoke to our staff and your name is actually Alec Malone. Now that we have that part of the story correct, We did replace your turbocharger which is part of the exhaust manifold. However we did not remove any wheels on your vehicle. We checked Carfax service history and they show that you had your vehicles tires rotated on July 30 of 2025 three months before we worked on your vehicle. Maybe you should contact the shop that actually removed your wheels to rotate them and ask them about the issue. Thank you.

Good service and advice for a reasonable price. Checked around for quotes and they were the best. Took a chance and brought my Maserati in for an oil change. Glad I found them!
