My daughter was looking for a recommendation for a mechanic for her 2012 Lexus Sedan. She had deferred a lot of the maintenance primarily because she was afraid of the cost. She was also tired of paying the high prices that the dealer charged. After a quick search I liked what I heard and read about Bill and import auto specialists. I was there to support my daughter and see if he was going to try and sell something unneeded or overpriced. Hi spoke mainly to my daughter and not to me. To make a long story short, we decided to get the deferred maintenance done with Bill. Essentially we have an almost new car and a plan to do the maintenance when it’s due. The price was reasonable and the time it took to accomplish was also very reasonable. I will absolutely recommend import auto specialists to any looking for a good mechanic.

Brian and Bill from the moment I walked in were very helpful. I would consider my vehicle not their typical customer, but working with the warranty, finding the replacement parts, and keeping within the expected turn around time was amazing.

Extremely satisfied with Import Auto Specialists. Called in for a quote after taking my Audi A3 to the dealership for service. Dealership told me the car had an active oil & coolant leak and quoted me an insane price. Bill at IAS sent me quote via text within an hour and took care of everything at a much more reasonable price. Bill sent me a full diagnostic within a couple of hours of receiving my car and they had my car ready in less than 24 hours. Car is running smoothly and the alerts in my car have not resurfaced after a few weeks. Highly recommend!

My water pump went out all of the sudden and after speaking to 3 different auto repair businesses whom explained to me they were incapable of replacing my water pump because of how large the job was, difficulty, and time consuming, I was fortunate enough to find IAS! Not only did they charge me a fair price, the work was done efficiently and with precision. Bill made me feel comfortable and informed every second of the way, He's a very organized and caring person. . I will return here for any future jobs that require great detail. Thank you IAS! Kathy
