I am thankful for the honesty, and professionals at this place. All I needed was proof of the problem with my vehicle. Bill is the best! I explained my prior interaction with a company who said they diagnosed the problem and paid 125.00 and didn't receive paperwork. I called that company and spoke to a representative and still no paperwork. Bill gave me all paperwork and information including pictures of my problem with my Ford Edge. Great work and great people. What really stood out was the program used to show me the results of my inspection that was done. There is a link that shows you everything that was inspected and they were broken down into being either in good condition, fair, or needs urgent attention. There's also pictures that show you exactly what they're seeing. It's always a lingering thought when you go to a mechanic whether certain things actually need to be done, but that program definitely helps open up your wallet with confidence.

I trust my cars to Import Auto Specialist not only because they have very good mechanics, they also have integrity. They also have good pricing and is very knowledgeable about cars. They also do very good inspection but the number one reason I go there is their ability to troubleshoot problems fairly quickly.
