Great work and great people. What really stood out was the program used to show me the results of my inspection that was done. There is a link that shows you everything that was inspected and they were broken down into being either in good condition, fair, or needs urgent attention. There's also pictures that show you exactly what they're seeing. It's always a lingering thought when you go to a mechanic whether certain things actually need to be done, but that program definitely helps open up your wallet with confidence.

I trust my cars to Import Auto Specialist not only because they have very good mechanics, they also have integrity. They also have good pricing and is very knowledgeable about cars. They also do very good inspection but the number one reason I go there is their ability to troubleshoot problems fairly quickly.

My Gosh! I was so impressed by their diagnostic process. They sent me an online report which lined everything up with explainer videos, price breakdowns and levels of urgency! So freakin' helpful. Been having our "after warranty" work done here for years. Their work is solid, and the cost is reasonable and done within the time frame they speficy. Given the technical nature of cars today, a good mechanic is hard to find. These folks are a great find.
