I had a great experience with Import Auto Specialists replacing a blown head gasket on my Lexus which was a huge job with many moving parts. The specification sheets for detail of work description were in depth and explanatory. The staff was prompt and direct with answering all questions. They kept me up to date with progress regularly. Great pricing for the value I received. Highly recommend this shop and will be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Came for a 4 wheel alignment. The cost for the service was 10 dllrs below the dealers rate. So the cost savings for this particular service was marginal. But I quoted for a brake service (pads, rotor resurface, adjustment) and in that, they have a very attractive offer. When needed I'll probably come here. I liked the transparency. I really liked that they send a link to the car inspection they perform. You can save it for your records paperless! It would be great if you would sell and install after market parts. Specially calipers and brake kits.
