I have a 1998 Toyota Tacoma Pick up with concerns of a rough wobbly ride. Bill the Service Adviser set up a complete inspection. The inspection results was thorough. Complete with photos pointing to areas of concern for repair. I feel confident having Import Auto Specialist Inc. service our old truck.

Very professional, affordable and timely! They even have an early bird drop off option that allowed me to drop off my car in the late evening to be ready for service first thing in the morning. I highly recommend this shop.

I purchase a volkwagen Rialta winnebago back in West Virginia . I had problems about a couple of days after I purchase it in the way to San Diego I stopped at a mechanics shop in The state of Missouri with the check engine light, they checked it and it says it was the alternator $900 dollars later with larts and labor ( way to.much money but I had no choice) I left thinking that I was good to go When I got to Dan Diego The check engine light came up again I called Iport Auto Soecialties because of all the good rating they had and they got me in right away Because I was head it to South America. Aprrantly , the other mechanic put the wrong alternator , a smaller probably to safe money and charge me more So it tore off the side of the band that goes around the engene . Long story short They change it all the ways it sure of been And maid the other mechanics pay for it and I went on my way They are great people !! I wish all mechanic shops were that way

My now 31-year old car has been in the are of Import Auto Service since it was two, and it is still running great thanks to the good care it has received there. (It has never been serviced anywhere else.) I am a satisfied customer and I have kept coming back for the past nineteen years.
