The Import Auto guys are consistently professional and thorough. When they've found repairs that were needed, they helped me prioritize, and often found ways to save me money.

Intake staff were friendly and supportive and overall the experience was satisfactory. When I settled the bill, I was told the car would be brought up shortly, so I walked outside to see it drive away. Apparently, the drive-around-the-block test drive had not been completed yet--but I was able to retrieve the car after that was done.

Very fair and honest. Complete diagnostic with bad news but said it how it was with a priority level. I was told what should be done first and what could wait. If you want to find out what is wrong with you car, call Bill. And Bill stored my car for 5 days because of some confusion with AAA and didn't try to jack me on storage fees. Very fair company. Use them. They are hard to find ( honest mechanics that is)

This was the first time I used IAS for repair. You were referred by an owner of a similar vehicle to mine. I needed an eval of my vehicle as I i was taking a 2500 mi, trip for Thanksgiving. Vehicle performed superbly after the repair and I was confident that no major breakdown would occur while on the road. Thanks for the rapid repair and return of the vehicle.
