Take both my Lexus and Mitsubishi to Daniel and team. They are honest and trustworthy and I have never had an issue with the work they do and the price they charge. I even bring my cars here for oil changes, etc. as they let me know how everything looks overall and any pending work that will need to be done in the future. Would not take my cars anywhere else. Only downside is that they are busy as people learn about their work, and I have to schedule appointments now.

I've been taking my Lexus GS400 there for years. I know enough about car maintenance to know when I'm being BS'd around; I've never felt like IAS was trying to push unnecessary repairs or other upsells on me. They've always stood behind their work and kept me informed. I feel like I get dealer-quality repairs there without the dealer prices.

QUICK AND AFFORDABLE! I brought my C230 into IAS for check engine diagnosis. My engine was running really rough when trying to accelerate! The guys at this shop took me in same day and got me out before the end of the day! I thought I was going to be stuck without a car for days. They inspected my vehicle and setup a plan for me to budget repairs. Nothing but friendly and affordable service at this spot!

If you want incredibly honest prices, trustworthy experienced mechanics and blissful happiness, Congratulations. YOU HAVE FOUND IT. I was buying my first car and wanted it checked out by a mechanic before buying. *** got the car in quickly and did a thorough look-over. He pointed out any problems he found, big and small, and explained the impact they would have, which I appreciated so much - buying a used car I DID NOT want any surprises after I bought it. He never even mentioned having the problems fixed by him. He wasn't looking to sell his services, just giving honest feedback. I brought another used car for the same kind of inspection a few days later. Again I got fast, thorough and honest service. They didn't even charge for the second visit! Finally I brought in a third car - ****** got the car in immediately and AGAIN didn't charge me for the Pre-Purchase Auto Inspection. After giving me the green I bought the car and they were absolutely right - going on three months and NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. These guys are phenomenal. They're good at what they do. They're honest. What's more, they're stellar people. I will never take my car to another mechanic as long as I live (in Florida).

I no longer live in Lexington, but wanted to have my clutch replaced during a family visit. We called around and were impressed by the professionalism of Import Auto. The clutch was replaced in a timely fashion at a very reasonable price. The shop and waiting area are clean and accommodating. Most importantly, the mechanics are respectful and not at all condescending to their clientele, which is nearly as important to me as the quality of the work. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.
