I have had bad experiences in the past with auto repair, but could not be more pleased with my first visit here. The team was up front, did not try to up sell or convince me of additional problems, and are very professional. I will be coming back in the future instead of going to the dealership.

I had a check engine light on and took it into Import Auto Specialists. They diagnosed the problem and it turns out it was just an oxygen sensor. Bill took care of my car quickly and was very courteous. Thanks to them my car is running great.

So I am new to this area and I was in need of service on my Mercedes. I am not a fan of taking it to the dealer because of there rates. I found Import Auto Specialist and decided I would give them a try. I called to schedule a appt and the were very nice when I was speaking to them on the phone. I showed up for my appt and they got my problem repair quickly and looked over the vehicle to ensure that everything was ok. When it came time for the bill, my jaw did not hit the floor as if I was at the dealer get there bill. They are honest in all that they do plus they make sure that the job is done right and you are leaving happy. Trying to find a shop like this is hard to come by these days and I trust them with my vehicle.
