Came in for an Oil Change for 2014 Mercedes E250 Bluetec. I was able to call, and schedule an appointment. They were able to fit me in the next day, even though I was not expecting that. Bill at front desk was friendly, and helpful. Plus I know his cousin, (small world). I really like: 1) They report to Carfax 2) They use LiquiMoly oil here 3) Provide a thorough review of your car, sent via text message 4) can email a receipt/invoice 5) Have a system where you can track your car service history All of these things combined justify a 5 star review.

These guys do quality work for a reasonable price. I’m glad I have a shop I can go to that I can trust. I’ve taken my Lexus and my Chevy Van to get repaired. Exemplary service!

This is such a great mechanic. I really appreciate the thorough inspection including photos, color-coded report to highlight areas that may need more attention using a red, yellow, green scale. My car is always so happy after we leave there! Bill is incredibly helpful and always a pleasure to work with. I trust these guys with my car and I’ve never really felt that way about another auto repair shop!

Always a pleasure having my car taken care of by Bill and the boys. Estimates are always spot on, any changes you are contacted to authorize first. Give you detailed print out with photos, photos of diagnostic screens, update your car fax report, and so much more. Honest people, they discuss the findings with practical recommendations. Don't try and sell you more work then what you need or want. Even fixed a brake light at no cost. I didn't even know it was out! My first luxury vehicle so realize service is more expensive then what I was used to. But it is in keeping with other shops in the area so feel they are a good bargain for all they do. Very happy I found a mechanic shop I trust and have nothing but positive things to say about them! Highly recommend IAS !
