Always a pleasure having my car taken care of by Bill and the boys. Estimates are always spot on, any changes you are contacted to authorize first. Give you detailed print out with photos, photos of diagnostic screens, update your car fax report, and so much more. Honest people, they discuss the findings with practical recommendations. Don't try and sell you more work then what you need or want. Even fixed a brake light at no cost. I didn't even know it was out! My first luxury vehicle so realize service is more expensive then what I was used to. But it is in keeping with other shops in the area so feel they are a good bargain for all they do. Very happy I found a mechanic shop I trust and have nothing but positive things to say about them! Highly recommend IAS !

From the first time I called the shop to receiving my keys back after the repair, Bill was the most friendly, honest, and efficient repair person I’ve ever dealt with. The shop is clean and welcoming and I felt that my car was in good hands when I left it. I have a Subaru Forester that the stealership told me could only be serviced at Subaru for the CVT and front/rear differentials. After speaking with Bill and reading the stellar reviews, I was empowered to blow off my appointment at the dealer and go with IAS. They not only performed the 90,000 mile service, but did so well under what I would have paid at the dealer. The difference in my car’s performance is noticeable…feels like when I first bought it! Also, they went the extra mile and washed my car! Dealer days are officially over! I am going to IAS for all my car needs now!

Amazing communication and customer service! After receiving a lengthy diagnostic from the Stealership, I talked to my friend who recommended IAS since they work on Subarus. What I loved was that Bill did an initial inspection based on what I mentioned, noting that most items the dealership said “needed” to be done were actually fine. Once in the shop, he invited me to look underneath my car, pointing out what he saw. This is where they gained my trust. When they point at things and tell you how they can fix them. All in all, I got the REAL items fixed, and my car is running a few years younger. Bill kept me posted as updates came from the shop at a perfect pace. Bonus was that I also saved money. Highly recommend!
