Import Auto Specialist is the premiere place to take your vehicle if you find yourself needing vehicle repairs. They took on this project that many turned down and did it with communication each step of the way. Definitely not the shop that you must have to call over and over to get updates, they are very upfront with what needs to be done and what can wait if your budget is tight, a repair shop that is very difficult to find but when you do find, you hold on tight to that business card cause they do the best work in town, super knowledgeable in all vehicles and how do I know this? Well, a local shop had my Range Rover first because I did not know of IAS yet, it took the shop I won't name 30 days to get me a diagnosis and was unable to after 30 days staring at it. However, fed up and disgusted with the broken promises of knowing how to work on my Range Rover brand, I decided to venture out and read reviews this time and IAS no doubt had gleaming past experiences by customers which led me to call and see if they would look at my rr so I could keep my job and get off the trolley. He agreed to take it on and by day 1.5, came in on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon a detailed diagnosis of the truck was performed, the cost, and the breakdown of other items from serious to minor were also annotated so I could make a well educated decision on the services I require moving forward. I am beyond ecstatic for finally making a great decision for once and selecting IAS to be my auto Specialist when my vehicle needs a repair. I got my car and it had been washed and was waiting for me and I didn't even recognize the car, they got it in junk yard shape and I got it back in floor model shape. Thank you fellas down at IAS, the best experience I have had in my 45 years breathing

First, there is not a word, verb, noun or adjective that can paint the picture on how awesome of a car shop this is. From the jump, they took on a job that 3 other "specialty auto repair shops" declined to do and that there can give an idea on their confidence and knowledge of everything involving automobiles. The communication was second to none, I had more back and forth text with them than I do my wife, feels like we known each other for years. They were constantly keeping me up to date with where they were in the process of diagnosing my 2004 Range Rover. I knew it needed a fuel tank and the rest was a surprise due to me buying it when it was not running for a very low price. I got the bad end of the deal but the guys at IAS quickly found the root of problems and were able to cut cost where they could to save me some coin and complete arse of myself for buying a piece of . This is the only shop I will from now until infinity be taking my cars, excellent customer service, premiere knowledge of automobiles, and fast at it, not to mention the understanding of the economic times we are in and helped me save literally thousands. At one point I told them, to heck with it, I'm calling a junk yard to come pay me 500 for it but he settled me down and said I will work with you, it will be ok. I needed that and for that I am forever loyal to this crew and shop. Semper Fidelis!
