I took in my car for transmission and brake flush. When I arrived home, the brake fluid level light came on and there was brake fluid leaking on one of the back tires. I called Bill at IAS and within an hour a tow truck was at the house. The car was taken back to IAS, repaired and delivered the next morning back to the house with no additional charges or fees. IAS cleaned the car and left a nice Thank You note for the troubles. IAS provides quality work at great prices. Yet IAS, and Bill, went above and beyond when there was an issue. The customer support demonstrated by IAS is outstanding.

Honest review time, shop isn’t bad, guys are pretty nice. My issues with them. I paid around $1300 for all new routers and brakes, very expensive job for brakes but worth it for quality work. Come to find out they didn’t clean any of the guide pins or grease them for the calipers so my caliper seized slightly, still has a score mark on the rotor from it. That should have been done for all the caliper pins on such a pricy job. Paid around $1700 for new tie rods and control arms in the front and they dinged up the control arms on the job exposing my brand new control arms to the elements because the paint chipped in several places. Paid $84 for a tire rotation and they never rotated the tires. They will need more time than the average shop to get jobs done so plan on renting a car for a day or two, maybe if I gave them more time these things would have been done a little more to my specifications, not sure. Maybe I’ll be back, still undecided, my biggest qualm is they return the car back with dirty footprints just kinda no care shown for keeping the car clean, for the price they charge the least you can do is ensure the car is not dirtied by your boot prints that have oil on them. The one tech in our test drive didn’t take his foot off the brake when taking the key out so he was just cranking my key back and forth trying to get it out, did not appreciate that as the ignition switch is already a little weak on my car, it doesn’t need the unnecessary trauma. Overall not bad, but not as good as I expected for the price.

Great service, all-around professional, and the communication, especially from Bill, is exceptional. We had our check engine light come on and Bill and his team were able to find out exactly what was going on and offer us sound guidance on what the nexts steps should be. We’ve had issues here or there, when it comes to the car, and whenever I call Bill, he not only talks politely and professionally, but he is also able to offer other avenues of advice. He, and the the folks at IAS continue to go the extra mile and my family and I appreciate their kindness and excellent accuracy.

This repair shop is part of the AAA network, and did a great no-nonsense job on a AAA 40-point inspection, complete with photos of my vehicle in places that may need future work. Bill at the front desk was very helpful.

I had trouble starting my van. The battery and starter was okay. Import Auto Specialist was able to diagnose it. They found out it was the fuel pump so they replaced the fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. There was an issue from the fuel pump to the fuel injectors. They were able to trace the wire and fux the problem.
