This will be my third time seeing them in 3 months. Would suggest for anyone to get a second opinion. After spending around $2,000 to get my entire vehicle repaired, IAS placed a part that did not operate to specification. I went back to have it repaired correctly under warranty. About a month later my engine light comes back on AGAIN! Now all of a sudden, the timing chain needs to be replaced for over $3,000. What is truly puzzling is that this information was not detected by their elaborate code reader initially. Keep in mind, the timing chain is supposed to last in entirety. So essentially, I’m left only to contemplate if this was caused by incompetent repairs and parts. Please, have your vehicle checked elsewhere for a second opinion.

We are sorry you feel this way, sir. Here is what we have in our records: The client came in and had a check engine light on for a defective thermostat. We replaced it and the part failed a few hundred miles later. We replaced it again under warranty for no charge. Then 3,000 miles later the check engine light came on and it was a timing chain issue, which is a completely separate problem from the thermostat. Perhaps you are saying the light came on again, and you assume that we did not repair the issue? Unfortunately, there are a hundred different reasons that the check engine light can come on, and your vehicle is alerting you to a new, different issue. If you'd like to come back into our shop to see if this is a warranty repair or a new issue, we'd be happy to help. We never want our clients to have a broken down car and we sincerely care about your well-being and safety.

The customer service here is excellent. It was very easy to schedule a service appointment for my Mercedes. The staff is professional and friendly and their prices are reasonable. They provide the level of service I would love from every repair shop. Will be returning and highly recommend!

I can't tell you how impressed once again by the cast and crew at IAS. I had a fuel pump go out and it was under warranty by days and I'm not a mechanic so for all I know it could of been a flat tire that was causing the car not to turn over. Had it towed to their shop and honesty and trustworthiness is hard to find in these days but not with these guys, it cost me zero dollars to replace the fuel pump cause they did some research and found it was under warranty, which I had not a clue until told, expecting to shovel out 800 to 1000 dollars upon pickup due to the type of car, Range Rover, but was handed the keys with a zero balance due cause the guys got me in and out on a warranty, I just saved a stack by a shop looking out for their customers, thank you guys/gals should there be any, I am forever grateful and forever a IAS customer for life.
